FOS HAIR is a design-focused brand based in Umeå, Sweden. All of our products are developed in our studio where every detail is carefully thought out. We work closely with carefully selected factories in Asia, where we monitor production and ensure quality control on site. Once the products are approved, they are packaged and delivered directly to our customers. We create high-quality products that reflect our values – products we love ourselves and believe you will appreciate too.

Shipping options
Your orders are shipped with DHL and PostNord and delivered either to a representative or directly to your home, depending on what suits you best.
Our responsibility
We want you to feel safe when shopping with us. If something should arise during transport, we will be happy to help you contact the shipping company and follow up on the matter until everything is resolved.

Not completely satisfied with your order? You have 14 days to return the item, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
How to return
1. Place the item in its original packaging.
2. Pack it carefully in a sturdy outer carton or envelope.

4. Keep your receipt from the carrier until the return has been processed.
Please note: unfortunately we cannot accept returns of sale items or discounted products.
Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
