Guide to Pro Remy Real Tape-In Hair Extensions

Preparation

Before you begin the installation, it is important to prepare both your hair and the extension for a smooth and lasting result. Make sure your hair is clean and free of grease by washing it with shampoo before application. Divide your hair into sections for easier handling and an even result.

Step 1: Prepare the hair and extensions

Remove your tape-in ​​extensions from the packaging but leave the white protective paper in place until you are ready to attach them. Divide your hair into sections, which will make installation easier and more precise.

Step 2: Applying tape extensions

Take a thin section of your own hair and secure with a hair clip if necessary. Carefully peel off the white protective paper from the tape extensions, avoiding touching the tape itself to avoid damaging the attachment. Place the extension under your hair approximately 3-5 mm from the scalp.

Then peel off the backing paper from a new tape extension and attach it to the top of your hair so that the tape sides meet. Press gently but firmly with a tape pliers to ensure a strong hold. Repeat the process until all extensions are evenly spaced.

Important information for sustainable results

Correct application is crucial for long-lasting results. Avoid touching the tape itself and wait at least two days before washing or styling your hair. If you are unsure, we recommend consulting a hairdresser.
